Real Estate Closer

We are actively recruiting for our long time client who has multiple locations throughout The Atlanta metro area and seeking a Real Estate Closer to join their team. General knowledge of how to prepare a settlement statement and balancing a file with lender instructions and funding. Note, these are residential files, not commercial. Experience as a Closer from a law firm is highly preferred.

• Maintain communication with all parties, ensuring the sale adheres to company policies and regulations.
• Ordering title searches, preparing title policies, and resolving property tax issues.
• Softpro experience is a plus but not required.
