As a Licensed Clinical Therapist / Independent Licensed Therapist with us, you will have the opportunity to treat a diverse array of mental health conditions. Your role will encompass a range of therapies, including both individual and group sessions, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs. Key Responsibilities: Build strong provider-patient relationships and coordinate care with external providers. Conduct thorough outpatient psychiatric evaluations and manage ongoing medication treatment. Engage in enriching the learning experiences of our graduate students. Screen and assess patients for a variety of mental health and substance abuse disorders. Deliver evidence-based treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Monitor treatment responses, including changes in symptoms and treatment side effects. Represent the practice through community outreach, presentations, and lectures. Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) in the state of Florida. Preferred Qualifications: Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Proficient with computer systems for professional communication and medical documentation (Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or other EHRs). Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Please note, if the hired individual resides in Florida (office-based or telecommuting), a fingerprint-based Level II background check by the State of Florida is required for all clinicians with direct patient contact, to be renewed every five years. The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Factors influencing pay include education, work experience, and local labor market conditions. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and a 401k contribution, all subject to eligibility requirements.
