VCA Animal Hospitals Here at VCA Wilshire Animal Hospital, we are looking for a talented, team centric Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team! VCA Wilshire located in beautiful Santa Monica CA is hiring now!
RVT CA, Transferable Credentials or VTNE eligible required. We need someone who has proficiency in Phlebotomy, IV Catheter Placement as well as Surgical, Dental, and Anesthesia experience. Our clients, patients, and team rely on great communication skills, attention to detail and a desire to work in a great team atmosphere.
Compensation : $ 24 - $ 31 / hr
Negotiable Based On Education, Experience, And Other Relevant Credentials.

Essential job expectations including, but not limited to:
Venipuncture Catheter placement Radiology Anesthesia monitoring Physical examinations and patient assessment Surgical preparation and assisting Dentistry Laboratory work Pharmacy Patient recovery Compassionate care for hospitalized patients
Qualified Candidates will have:
Must have documented previous Animal Hospital experience Hold a current California RVT license Must have surgery and dentistry experience Flexibility in hours including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays Customer service skills including Phone skills Working knowledge of computers Excellent communications skills Team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments
