The successful candidate will operate in a fast-paced environment providing high-quality care to patients. This role requires a commitment to excellence and an ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver patient care in accordance with established nursing practices and protocols.- Participate in moderate sedation cases, ensuring safety and comfort for all patients.- Maintain a nurse-patient ratio that may vary by day, with a commitment to providing 1:1 RN care for phase 1 patients when required.- Utilize Epic charting system for accurate patient documentation.- Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with nursing standards and practices. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.- Current ACLS and BLS certification (American Heart Association).- Active and unrestricted nursing license.- Experience in NIR preferred.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work flexible hours, potentially including weekends and on-call shifts.
