HBITS-07-14218 Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Gather requirements and create detailed system documentation to develop automated applications that meet business priorities. Provide lead programming duties for tax-related applications while mentoring staff using technologies such as J2EE, Spring, JSON, JavaScript, and JDBC. Assist and guide through all phases of the project management lifecycle. Develop unit test plans based on coding changes and user specifications, and conduct testing and debugging. Coordinate migration of code changes from development to user test environment. Support team members with distributed technologies including Java, DB2, XML, and XQuery, ensuring proper training and mentoring. Provide support for defect and issue resolution, addressing them promptly based on priority. Participate in meetings with ITS and DTF customers, communicating effectively with management and users. Software Architect Requirements: 60-84 months: Ability to work independently and guide others; may have advanced education. 60 months experience with J2EE technologies including JDBC, JSP, and XML. 60 months experience developing Java EE applications using IDEs like Eclipse, NetBeans, or IntelliJ. 60 months experience with J2EE frameworks such as Spring or Struts and application servers like Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, or WebLogic. 60 months experience writing SQL for relational databases. 60 months experience manipulating and displaying JSON data. 36 months experience with messaging technologies like MQ, JMS, Kafka. 60 months experience in system analysis and design of multi-tiered transactional systems.
