N/A Summary:
This role focuses on the development and management of
commercial real estate, construction, and business loans , along with
deposit and other banking products
within the Bank’s target market. The position also includes
managing a commercial loan portfolio
to maintain asset quality and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include performing
initial due diligence on prospective loans , driving new business initiatives to achieve established growth goals, and
managing the approval and credit process through to closing . The role requires collaboration across all areas of the bank, including
senior management, the credit department, and retail and loan operations teams . Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Finance, Accounting , or equivalent experience in banking.
Minimum of
five (5) years of commercial lending experience
within the Bank’s general market area.
Demonstrated ability to
source, develop, and close deals successfully .
Strong
sales and relationship management skills
to engage effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to present information clearly and efficiently.
Proven ability to
multi-task and prioritize , ensuring timely service to clients while managing multiple deals concurrently.
Physical Demands / Conditions / Equipment Used: Typical office environment with
remote work flexibility when appropriate .
Standard office equipment.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite : Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
