The Lead SME – Life Insurance Companies Reporting is responsible for supporting financial processes within the Life Insurance Companies reporting team. This role ensures the integrity and accuracy of book close activities, financial reporting, and analysis functions specific to life insurance entities.
What You Will Work On
Provide subject matter expertise in financial operations related to life insurance company reporting.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual book close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial results.
Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports for life insurance entities.
Conduct financial analysis to support internal decision-making and external reporting requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting processes and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
What You Will Bring
Strong background in financial reporting and accounting, with experience in the life insurance industry preferred. Proficiency in book close processes and financial analysis. Solid understanding of GAAP and insurance-specific accounting standards. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
