What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Partner and strategize with Account Executives for discovery calls, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept support, and onsite meetings - Provide customized demonstrations of the employer's product offerings to a variety of stakeholders - Match customer pain points and requirements with proposed solutions - Serve as a product expert and stay informed on the employer's competitive landscape - Act as a sales liaison between internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Marketing

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering role - Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor's of Science preferred, MS a plus - Experience in the Transportation & Logistics industry is a plus - Familiarity with APIs and integrations - Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical topics for various audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with SaaS and hardware solutions - Proven track record of selling complex solutions through long strategic sales cycles - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
