301 MEMORIAL MEDICAL PKWY, Daytona Beach, 32117 The role you’ll contribute: The Senior Manager of the Stroke Program, collaborating with stroke medical directors and campus clinical leadership, is responsible for coordinating clinical excellence in stroke care across multiple campuses or a comprehensive stroke center within the Central Florida Division. This role involves decision-making for the interdisciplinary team, monitoring and improving stroke program performance, developing educational initiatives, leading performance improvement efforts, analyzing outcomes, and collaborating with professional organizations to enhance community education and awareness about stroke prevention and treatment. The value you’ll bring to the team: You will serve as the clinical content expert in stroke, maintaining knowledge of clinical guidelines, accreditation standards, and regulations. You will lead interdisciplinary committees, oversee accreditation processes, develop clinical pathways, evaluate program metrics, and ensure accurate reporting and continuous improvement of stroke care. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field with three (3) years of acute care, critical care, or neuroscience nursing experience Five (5) or more years of nursing experience in acute, critical, or neuroscience care Two (2) or more years of progressive leadership experience Current valid State of Florida or multi-state RN license BCLS certification Experience in quality, process improvement, or safety work Experience leading accreditation or certification efforts Preferred qualifications: Experience in large healthcare systems or neuroscience service lines Experience as a stroke coordinator or with stroke program accreditation Certifications such as CNRN, CCRN, SCRN Performance Improvement methodology certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management) NIHSS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Stroke Association Location:
