Senior Desktop Support Specialist
Location : Washington, D.C. (Onsite at OSHRC National Office)
Employment Type : Full-Time
Compensation : $140,000 – $160,000 / year
Overview
This position provides onsite Senior Desktop Support Specialist services for the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) in Washington, D.C.
The role requires expert-level knowledge of Hybrid Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM), and advanced desktop infrastructure.
The selected candidate will deliver Tier II / III troubleshooting, assist with limited server support, and ensure the secure, efficient operation of the agency’s hybrid IT environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Administer Hybrid Azure AD environment and Azure AD Connect
Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune MDM
Deploy Windows Autopilot & manage Endpoint Manager policies
Provide Tier II / III desktop support for Windows 10 / 11 systems
Perform basic Windows server administration tasks (DHCP / DNS, GPOs, file shares)
Enforce security and compliance configurations
Document configurations, changes, and procedures
Generate system health and incident reports
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience Experience:
5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure support Demonstrated expertise in Hybrid Azure AD & Intune Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows desktop infrastructure Familiarity with Windows server administration Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-102) CompTIA Security+ or equivalent Security Clearance:
Ability to pass Tier 1 / NACI background check Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, onsite in Washington, D.C., 40 hours / week Travel:
