Director, Strategic Planning & Operations (Marketing, Communications),
you will lead strategic planning and operations for marketing and communications (M&C) that accelerate Intuit’s journey as a global financial technology platform company. The role requires developing compelling, data-driven insights and strategies, and driving end-to-end execution as needed in partnership with M&C, and Corporate Responsibility. The role involves managing through influence across internal and external stakeholders, being comfortable with ambiguity, and operating with velocity.

Deliver annual and 3-year plans for Platform M&C in close partnership with senior leaders across Intuit.Lead key operating mechanisms to drive progress to outcomes. Surface insights on marketing effectiveness and efficiency across the M&C ecosystem and partner with teams on execution as needed. Partner with segment marketing leaders, Finance, and key external partners to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency, and scale as One Intuit. Partner with Finance and HR to oversee overall Platform M&C org budget and headcount trends vs. plan; inform investment decisions for Intuit Brand initiatives. Lead end-to-end planning and operations for key M&C priorities and initiatives, including end-to-end program management to effectively deliver for stakeholders. Manage a team of highly talented program management and business operations professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and significant experience in complex, fast-paced environments. This individual will be a self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing industry and can scale in a high growth environment. You will have demonstrated success in working at a strategic level with the ability to also develop a detailed project plan for the team to execute. 10+ years of work experience, preferably in marketing strategy and planning, with strategy consulting background Proven experience working with integrated marketing and communications teams and media partners to drive growth and exceed business objectives Strong financial acumen with experience in go-to-market KPI development/tracking, budget management, and attention to detail Strong strategic, data-driven thinker, with ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Finance, and Analytics Best-in-class team leader and player, who is comfortable with ambiguity and driving change in matrixed environment Embodies extreme ownership, with bias towards execution and moving with velocity Demonstrated ability to leverage GenAI systems (ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Google Gemini, etc) in business workflows Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
