Urgent: NPI Engineer (MNC/East)

Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within the plant Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ/factory on product introductions Create and modify Bill of Materials (BOM) for assembly processes Manage and maintain Shop Floor Control (SFC) systems and SAP Understand the Server and Rack assembly processes Lead or participate in Kaizen activities Support production during mass production runs Requirements Degree or Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing Strong problem-solving abilities Capability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent project management skills Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on the
