Project Manager (Interior Fit Out)

Responsibilities: Oversee the overall management of assigned projects. Assist in managing project scope changes, identifying potential issues, and developing contingency plans to minimize disruptions. Collaborate with the project management team, design team, and procurement team to create comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and designers, offering expertise and guidance to ensure project goals are achieved. Facilitate consistent communication and collaboration among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate disruptions. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and milestones. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial fitout industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to collaborate with building management, landlords, in-house designers, client designers, and the internal procurement team.
