Proven ability to work across
scientific and commercial stakeholders , translating technical capabilities into grant-winning proposals and adoption strategies.
Experience engaging with or working inside
academic medical centers, research hospitals, federal agencies (e.g., NIH), or global consortia. Strong understanding of how grant funding works — including identifying opportunities, supporting proposal writing, and influencing RFPs/RFAs.
Commercial mindset with experience
generating pipeline, surfacing opportunities, and influencing buying behavior
(even if not quota-carrying).
Excellent relationship builder, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by influencing large, complex, multi-party initiatives.
