Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily BOH operations in Dallas.
Learn and teach Butler’s ordering and inventory systems.
Supervise kitchen production staff.
Open new restaurants and build teams of up to 40-50 members.
Monitor P&L and COGS to meet targets, approximately $5-7 million annually.
Maintain kitchen SOPs for cleanliness and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Learn Butler’s menu items and train staff accordingly.
