IT Endpoint Systems Administrator . Apply via Dice today! RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer the Client Management System for system deployment, provisioning, and lifecycle management, including patch management, security vulnerability remediation, OS image creation, software packaging, and development. Manage the Mobile Device Management System to oversee mobile devices and data security, ensuring employee productivity. Assist in resolving support issues, providing high service satisfaction to end users. Identify, diagnose, and resolve IT issues, communicating effectively with end users. Build standardized system deployments, create computer images, manage software delivery, and deploy patches using the Client Management System. Manage mobile devices, deploy and secure them, monitor system health, retire inactive devices, and ensure compliance. Perform software license audits to ensure licensing compliance. Assign users and computers to appropriate groups in Active Directory. Install, configure, and support workstation software. Monitor and track incidents and support requests in the ticketing system, prioritizing high-priority tickets. Handle escalations from the IT Service Center, ensuring timely resolution and closure. REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and three years of experience in PC network technical support, or equivalent education and experience. Experience managing Endpoint Security applications in a PCI environment. Experience with Application Packaging, Virtualization, or Streaming. The pay range is an estimate and may vary based on various factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options.
