What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience - 8+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate development, ideally in a regulated industry - Proven ability to perform data-driven research and build compelling business recommendations - Strong track record of developing strategies for market entry and business growth - Excellent communication skills with experience in executive-level presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Master’s degree preferred - Experience leading and motivating teams with diverse talents - Background in thought-leadership activities or scholarly publishing - Previous startup experience - Active participation in company culture initiatives, such as mentoring or volunteering
