This position can be located at any Seacoast Bank office within the state of FL. *This is a temporary position, and hours may vary based on business needs. There is no guaranteed minimum. *This position is not eligible for benefits. JOB SUMMARY:

The Reconciliation Analyst performs reconciliation of deposit, loan, and payments accounts to the general ledger, including significant accounts such as Loan Control, Loans in Process, investor accounts, disbursement accounts, and others. The process involves transaction matching and final reconciliation with the GL, using reports and spreadsheets. The analyst ensures timely and accurate completion of reconciliations, reporting issues to management, and investigating discrepancies. QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience, preferably in banking, accounting, or treasury, with knowledge of loan accounting and financial controls. Understanding of bank reconciliation processes, reports, controls, and segregation of duties. Ability to analyze differences, investigate, and summarize reconciling items. Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and problem-solving skills under stress. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Flexible schedule, including weekends and non-operational hours. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Reconcile and oversee balancing of accounts, research outages, and correct errors daily. Follow up on reconciling items, provide updates, and escalate as needed. Assist operations with outages and provide research support. Maintain documentation, prepare monthly reports, and file remittances.
