As a Data Entry Specialist, you will support various departments by entering, verifying, and maintaining accurate and confidential data across multiple systems to ensure operational efficiency.

High school diploma or GED (required) At least 2 years of data entry experience Accurate typing skills (30-40 WPM minimum) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity Excellent decision-making, communication, and problem-solving abilities Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with clerical procedures and data verification methods Technical or college-level coursework (preferred) What You'll Do as a Data Entry Specialist:
Enter and maintain data related to customers, inventory, suppliers, and documentation Verify and update existing records by reviewing, correcting, and combining data Eliminate duplicate records and maintain data integrity Test system changes and upgrades for accuracy Assist various departments with data-related tasks and projects Follow all company policies and procedures Ensure data confidentiality and contribute to team goals Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
