As an IT Business Analyst, you will be part of the Employee Experience Technology (EET) organization supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment, aligning successfully with our dynamic organization.
Job Title: IT Business Analyst V
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: $53.56 per hour
What’s the Job?
Provide support for the Risk function by researching non-performing risk metrics and creating actionable plans to enhance performance.
Resolve issues, source data, and prepare periodic reports to recommend process improvements across the EET organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and influence business operations processes.
Utilize advanced data analytics for end-to-end data analysis and trend analysis to inform future strategies.
Escalate risks with clear options for resolution while managing multiple priorities effectively.
What’s Needed?
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Advanced/Expert skills in MS Office, especially Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Strong data analytics skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions in a team-oriented environment.
