This is a hybrid position and requires employees to be on-site 3 days a week at the Chicago, IL office. Note:

Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, with on-target earnings in the first year projected at $80,000 to $100,000 or more. The firm handles a wide range of matters, including personal injury, workers compensation, real estate, and corporate transactions. Job Description Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial. Work closely with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and litigation. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands. Attend hearings, depositions, and court proceedings. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies. Maintain strong organizational skills to handle a high-volume caseload. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in personal injury law. Licensed to practice law in Illinois (must have active bar admission). Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Excellent client communication and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high caseload.
