Experienced Sales BDC Representative

at Advantage Auto Group in Naperville, IL plays a vital role in driving showroom traffic and sales through effective communication with prospective buyers. This position is best suited for someone with a strong background in BDC, call center operations, or automotive sales support who can manage a high volume of inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner

Manage and maintain lead activity within the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up

Coordinate with the sales team to support customer satisfaction and sales success

Assist with vehicle information, pricing, availability, and initial financing options

Handle appointment setting and follow up with unscheduled leads and missed opportunities

Participate in process development, best practices, and team collaboration sessions

Maintain a minimum of

100 outbound calls per day

Support in documenting and preparing sales-related paperwork when necessary

Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of automotive BDC or call center experience is required

Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume communication and follow-up

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Prior experience in customer service, appointment setting, or lead management

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and dealership software

Energetic, team-oriented, and goal-driven with a professional demeanor

Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
