Experienced Service BDC Agent - Spanish Speaker
Description of the Role: Advantage Auto Group is actively seeking an
experienced
Service BDC Agent to join our high-performing team. This role is critical in driving service business by managing inbound/outbound calls, confirming appointments, and ensuring excellent communication between the customer and our service department. If you have a background in BDC or dealership service coordination, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Answer incoming service calls and respond to online service appointment requests
Make outbound calls to confirm, reschedule, or follow up on appointments
Contact customers regarding maintenance due, recall notices, and previously declined services
Coordinate appointment scheduling with service advisors and shop capacity
Accurately log all communication and activity in the CRM and/or Xtime
Support the service team in maximizing appointment show rate and repair order volume
Inform customers about transportation options including shuttle, loaner, or wait times
Identify and refer eligible service-to-sales opportunities to the sales team
Maintain a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to meet performance goals
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Service BDC or dealership call center is required
Familiarity with dealership software tools such as Xtime, VinSolutions, or CDK
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Professional phone etiquette and customer-first mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
