Title: Electrician
Shift: 2nd and 3rd

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Sterling Engineering has partnered with a well-known manufacturing facility to support staffing for their state-of-the-art facility. We are currently looking for experienced Electricians with strong PLC knowledge to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, full benefits, and long-term career growth. What you will do? Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment, including motors, drives, and control panels. Perform regular maintenance on PLC-based systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.). Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Modify and update PLC programs to support process improvements and troubleshooting. Assist in equipment upgrades and process automation initiatives. Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Document maintenance activities and electrical modifications accurately. Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance. What do they need? 5+ years of industrial electrician experience in a manufacturing setting. Proven experience working with PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar). Ability to troubleshoot, modify, and program PLC logic. Familiarity with electrical systems up to 480V. Proficient in using multimeters, meggers, and other electrical diagnostic tools.
