About the Role
We're seeking an experienced, results-driven leader to oversee 600+ units across two of the Twin Cities' most impressive, highly amenitized developmentsThe Nine in St. Paul and Ratio Apartments in Columbia Heights. These vibrant, diverse communities offer a best-in-class living experience, and you'll be the driving force behind their continued success.
Splitting your week between both sites (approximately 23 days each), you'll lead, manage, and hold two strong on-site teams accountable for delivering operational excellence, financial performance, and legendary resident experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational & Financial Leadership Drive budgets, NOI, rent growth, and ensure accurate reporting
- People Management Lead two site teams, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and growth
- Revenue Maximization Achieve or exceed occupancy and collections through smart pricing, renewals, and reputation management
- Asset Excellence Partner with maintenance to ensure properties are immaculate, safe, and compliant
- Community Engagement Be the visible leader residents know and trust, resolving issues quickly and positively
- Compliance Ensure adherence to Fair Housing, state, and company standards; ace audits
Bonus Earning Potential

- BA/BS preferred
- 46 years' success managing Class A or highly amenitized multifamily assets, including multi-site oversight

- Financial expertisebudgeting, variance analysis, revenue management
- Yardi (or similar PMS) mastery
- Affordable housing knowledge strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for diverse communities
