Qualifications

35 years of transactional law experience in a law firm setting.

Strong background in private company M&A and venture financing.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.

Exceptional academic record.

Superior analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
