Mid-Level Corporate Associate – Technology Companies Focus | Boston, MA

A leading Am Law firm seeks a highly skilled mid-level associate to join its nationally recognized Technology Companies group in Boston. This role offers the opportunity to represent innovative technology companies in venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and securities transactions, working alongside industry-leading attorneys in a fast-paced, client-focused practice.

This position is ideal for attorneys with a strong corporate and transactional background who can manage substantial components of deals independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with high-growth startups, emerging companies, and established technology leaders on sophisticated matters from inception through closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead significant portions of venture financing transactions, M&A deals, and securities offerings.

• Represent clients in private and public offerings, corporate governance matters, and strategic transactions.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to technology companies at all stages of growth.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials.

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or ability to promptly obtain admission.

• Comparable experience at a major law firm handling complex corporate matters.

• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
