Job Overview
Summary/Objective:
Oman Systems, Inc. is seeking a motivated, self-driven individual for a Territory Sales Manager position to increase new account sales and current account sales in a dedicated market territory. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will identify new opportunities and follow up on potential leads while effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. This is a construction software sales position primarily focusing on the infrastructure industry.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Essential Functions:
The Territory Sales Manager will play an integral role in the success of the Sales team. Specifically s/he will be responsible for:
·Promotes/sells/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship based approach.
·Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs in on-site and virtual/online presentations.
·Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
·Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
·Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
·Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. Up-sell and sell additional products/services to existing clients.
·Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting and technical support.
·Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
·Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services; provide weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast using Salesforce.
·Participate in trade shows and conventions throughout the year in and outside of your territory
Must live in the specified territory.
Travel Requirements
·Travel requirements for this position are moderate. Expect approximately 50-75% of the time to be spent traveling.

Education:
- BA/BS in Business, Communications or related field
Qualifications:
- Outside business-to-business sales experience preferred, Software Sales a plus
- Civil construction industry knowledge a plus
- Strong cold calling, prospecting skills and full sales cycle/pipeline management skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- The ability to work independently as well as in a group environment.
- The ability to travel up to75% within your territory
- Proficient computer skills working with various office equipment, computers and various programs including Salesforce, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. and the ability to effectively work on spreadsheets, networking, e-mail programs and virtual meetings.
