The DNA Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior PeopleSoft Administrator/Enterprise Architect for a government contract engagement. This is a senior-level role focusing on the administration and architecture of the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 system, with a strong emphasis on Oracle technologies and system optimization.

Overview requirements:

• Lead the design, installation, and configuration of Oracle Enterprise Manager 12 for monitoring PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to PeopleSoft developers and support teams.

• Manage and administer Oracle 12C/19C databases including RAC, OEM, RMAN backup/recovery, and performance tuning.

• Develop and enforce standardized procedures for PeopleSoft application administration, upgrades, and documentation.

• Serve as a technical SME for PeopleSoft upgrades using PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM), including execution and management of upgrade data conversion scripts.

• Perform system-level troubleshooting across the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), including Tuxedo, WebLogic, and Process Schedulers on Unix/Linux platforms.

• Build, configure, and support PeopleSoft applications in a multi-instance hosted environment.

• Optimize and tune SQL queries within the PeopleSoft HCM system for performance.

• Participate in system integration efforts with Oracle Cloud EPM and other statewide applications.

• Lead or contribute to project planning, quality assurance, risk management, and lifecycle reviews.

• Assist with training, system usage best practices, and ongoing performance monitoring.

• Work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with District standards and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 10+ years of hands-on experience supporting and administering PeopleSoft HCM v9 (9.2 ).

• Extensive experience with PeopleTools 8.50+, PeopleSoft PUM, and Oracle DB administration (12C, 19C).

• System Diagramming/Modeling using UML or structured modeling : 16 years (Required)

• PeopleTools 8.50+ (preferably with PeopleSoft HCM): 8 years (Required)

• PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 or higher (Public Sector): 4 years (Required)

• PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM): 10 years (Required)

• PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrade with Data Conversion Scripts: 8 years (Required)

• Project Leadership following established standards/procedures: 16 years (Required)

• SQL/Database Systems/Middleware/Application Server Tuning: 12 years (Required)

• PeopleSoft Upgrade Technical SME / Project Management (incl. HCM 9.2): 12 years (Required)

• Oral and Written Communication Skills: 16 years (Required)

• Orchestration Tools for Managing Applications and Virtual Infrastructure: 6 years (Required)
