What We're Looking For:

Responsible for the safe operation of diesel-powered tractor-trailer combinations for transporting and delivering products between company facilities and locations. Must meet all state and federal requirements for Class A licensing and maintain a clean driving record.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport products between plants, maintaining accurate counts and documentation.
  • Haul oversized equipment using low-boy and double trailers.
  • Inspect trucks and trailers before and after trips; submit condition reports.
  • Ensure all cargo is properly loaded, secured, and sealed.
  • Perform routine maintenance, fueling, and minor repairs.
  • Handle emergency roadside repairs (e.g., tire changes, light replacements).
  • Secure cargo using locks, chains, ropes, and load locks; install tire chains in winter conditions.
  • Maintain accurate driver logs and fuel receipts in compliance with DOT regulations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading; lift and stack cases up to 55 lbs as needed.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain valid WA CDL Class A license, TWIC card, and Medical Examiner's Certificate.
  • Stay up to date with current DOT laws and safety regulations.
  • Report all traffic violations, accidents, and equipment issues promptly.
  • Represent the company professionally while on the road and interacting with others.
  • Must know how to chain up

Dress Code and Conduct: Drivers are expected to present a clean, professional image and comply with company appearance standards:

  • Clean clothing, free of holes; no excessively loose or baggy garments.
  • Full-length pants and shirts with sleeves are required; no shorts, skirts, or decorative elements (e.g., rhinestones, glitter).
  • Beards over two days' growth, goatees, and similar facial hair styles are not permitted.
  • No tobacco or vapor product use in company buildings or vehicles.
  • Appropriate footwear must be worn: no open-toe, open-heel, or moccasin-style shoes.

Qualifications: Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum (3) year experience
