Front End Manager FT The Front End Manager, reporting to the Store Manager/ASM, oversees all administrative and clerical store operations. Responsibilities include managing POS registers, cashiers, service desk associates, layaway, cash office functions, and maintaining front end cleanliness and organization. Ensuring efficient checkout processes and reviewing daily reports to address issues promptly are key duties. The FEM enforces company policies, hires high-energy team members with the right skills, handles customer issues, and works flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding policies, procedures, and training materials. Perform basic math for register operations and inventory management. Lift up to 40 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 70 lbs, with physical capability for walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and lifting.
