Position: Front End Manager (FT) The Front End Manager reports to the Store Manager/ASM and oversees all administrative and clerical store operations. Responsibilities include managing POS registers, cashiers, service desk associates, layaway, cash office functions, and maintaining front end cleanliness and organization. The role involves ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience, reviewing daily reports, and addressing issues promptly. The FEM ensures policy compliance, hires energetic team members, handles customer issues, and works flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
