The Marketing Executive Vice President will lead the strategic development of our brand's identity, drive consumer engagement, and spearhead marketing innovation, prioritizing digital-first initiatives. This position oversees the entire marketing spectrum—from brand strategy development to executing integrated marketing campaigns that enhance awareness, consideration, and brand loyalty.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. We are looking for candidates with at least 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. A strong track record in building prominent beauty or lifestyle brands, experience in direct-to-consumer and retail marketing, and partnerships with major retailers are essential.

The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of the beauty consumer, combined with demonstrated expertise in digital, influencer, and content marketing, bolstered by a robust network of industry contacts. Critical skills include strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking abilities, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in marketing technology platforms is also necessary.

The Marketing Executive Vice President will manage budgets, protect brand integrity, and cultivate team leadership, fostering a culture rich in creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
