Administrative Receptionist
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact at reception ? greeting visitors and answering or directing incoming calls; arrange lunch and time-off coverage as needed.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure the workplace functions efficiently and smoothly.
- Manage general office functions including procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate domestic and international staff travel logistics.
- Allocate and manage staff parking/car bay assignments.
- Continuously evaluate and improve internal administrative processes for greater efficiency.
- Handle shipping logistics and coordinate courier services when required.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers; track service contracts and manage renewals.
- Work with building facilities management to respond to staff service requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with organizing internal business meetings and booking conference rooms.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean, presentable, and properly set up.
- Support and occasionally cover for the Client Host.
- Handle various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and maintain a polished office presentation.
- Adhere to and promote the Company?s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policy.
