Who we seek:

A Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving deals in the market. Experience selling enterprise data or security products and engaging complex technical audiences is essential.

What you’ll do:

Develop and execute account strategies to close new business and expand existing accounts in your territory.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts.

Network with customers and related organizations.

Build relationships with key executives and decision-makers.

Keep account intelligence updated in Salesforce and forecast regularly.

Report sales activity and forecasts to management.

Manage territory quota and named accounts.

Lead inside sales and marketing efforts to uncover opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging technical and executive stakeholders.

5-10+ years of direct sales experience in enterprise software.

Proven success closing six and seven-figure licensing deals.

Track record of new business development and exceeding targets.

Experience selling data security solutions.

Ability to sell complex enterprise solutions and adapt to fast-changing environments.

The annual base salary range is $150,000–$165,000, with variable bonuses and equity based on performance. Compensation includes remote work, flexible PTO, benefits, 401K, and more.
