Territory strategy — build and execute a smart, well-informed plan for the business. Maintain a high motor in a startup environment. Identify and remediate barriers to customer and BigID’s success with a positive attitude, applying experience to date. Brand ambassadorship — articulate the value we bring, how we do it, and why we are different. Leadership — lead and align the extended team and all resources around capturing and expanding customers. Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned to the missions of top prospective customers. Leverage a strong network to go deep and wide across the US Army and Defense Agencies market, prioritizing high-level access. Operational excellence — reporting, forecasting, and sales execution. Direct an inside sales team and marketing to develop new business opportunities. What you’ll bring
Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to articulate and present to technical and executive-level stakeholders. 8+ years of OEM field sales experience selling to the US Army and Defense Agencies market. Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure software licensing deals with US Army and Defense Agencies prospects and customers. Experience selling complex enterprise software solutions; able to adapt in fast-growing and changing environments. Our values

The annual base salary range is $150,000 – $165,000. Actual salaries vary based on qualifications, skills, and competencies. Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with performance.
