About the Role:
Job Title: Learning Professional (Banking/Finance Background)
Key Responsibilities:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Sr. Learning Professional is responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences while contributing to the development of instructional materials.
TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development needs within the organization. Work with stakeholders to determine skill gaps, performance improvement areas, and training priorities. Identify long-range training goals and recommend programs to achieve goals, including the development of an annual training plan.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and initiatives that address identified needs. Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and training manuals.
- Co-lead eLearning education projects through the design lifecycle from scoping, research, and analysis, through design, development, and implementation. Design and implement innovative solutions based on the 70/20/10 model.
- Deliver training sessions to employees, leaders, and other stakeholders. Use various training delivery methods, such as classroom training, virtual training, workshops, and on-the-job training, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Location: Remote in California
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $79,000 $89,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
