The Accounts Receivable Specialist (AR Specialist) will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, payment processing, and vendor relations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing and collections.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments.
Assist in receiving inventory into the ERP through the internal mailbox.
Assist in credit card payment processing and journal entry.
Enter month end journal entries for AR payments.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing and payment issues.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on accounts receivable and stock received not invoiced activity.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of the accounts receivable processes.
Requirements
Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business or related field or equivalent on the job experience.
5+ years of experience in accounts receivables.
Prefer experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with accounting software
ERP system experience, preferably with NetSuite
