Accounts Receivable Clerk
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our clients team in Milpitas, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record incoming payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update accounts receivable records.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collection.
- Communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and issues.
- Prepare and generate regular reports on accounts receivable status.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
