Were seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology execution. You'll play a key role in driving system enhancements, supporting Agile delivery teams, and communicating across technical and business stakeholders to elevate our Workday platforms capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR teams to understand business needs and implement process improvements

  • Partner with HR and IT teams to gather, document, and validate requirements for enhancements, integrations, and new functionality in Workday

  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications

  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with Workday capabilities and best practices

  • Support regular Workday releases by evaluating new features, testing functionality, and advising on adoption strategies

  • Develop test scenarios, test cases, and execute functional testing

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with business users

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and document results to support quality assurance

  • Communicate system changes and impacts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Leverage RALLY for Agile project tracking and reporting

  • Assist HR leaders with data management, data analysis, and data quality management of HR-related reports and management information

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Workday configuration and reporting capabilities

  • Facilitate solution design discussions and collaborate with developers, architects, and business leads

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience as an HR Analyst with a focus on Workday

  • Strong functional knowledge across multiple Workday domains

  • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst supporting Workday HCM implementations or upgrades

  • Experience gathering and interpreting business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications with some hands-on involvement

  • Experience developing and documenting test plans and executing UAT

  • Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies

  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse business and technology teams on complex HRIS initiatives
