Description
The Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and executive decision-making through data analysis, executive-level reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This position supports the development of business plans, manages ad hoc projects from leadership, ensures compliance-related reporting, and provides insights through market and competitive research. The role requires strong communication skills, analytical acumen, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders and global headquarter.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Annual Business Planning:
  • Support the creation and consolidation of short- and long-term business plans across all departments.
  • Assist in compiling presentation materials and aligning inputs to corporate objectives.
Executive-Level Reporting:
  • Develop polished, data-driven PowerPoint reports and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Provide timely analysis of KPIs and business performance metrics to support strategic decisions.
Ad Hoc Project & Executive Request:
  • Lead and support time-sensitive projects and special assignments from executive leadership and global headquarter.
Compliance Support:
  • Assist with tasks related to corporate compliance, internal audits, and governance reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity and support reporting consistency across all functions.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Work collaboratively with multiple departments to gather information, validate data, and facilitate planning or reporting initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between teams to support alignment and timely execution.
HQ Communication & Reporting
  • Interface with global headquarter to fulfill reporting requests, provide updates on project status, and ensure local strategy aligns with corporate direction.
Market & Competitive Research
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
  • Translate findings into actionable insights for business planning and executive team.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
  • Coordinate, consolidate, and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports for executive leadership and HQ.
  • Create high-quality PowerPoint reports to communicate key findings, strategies, and market insights.
  • Perform data analysis using Excel to support business cases, data reports, and strategic insights.
  • Coordinate, support, and manage ad hoc projects, requests, and strategic initiatives driven by the executive team and HQ.
  • Coordinate with HQ to support compliance related tasks and issues.
  • Support annual business planning by consolidating cross-functional inputs and analysis for presentations.
  • Work closely with all departments to gather and validate data, track performance metrics, and align with corporate goals.
  • Assist in organizing executive meetings and facilitating reporting to HQ.
  • Engage in external market research and competitive benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
WORK SCHEDULE/TRAVEL
  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant subjects is required
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience
  • Additional Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years relevant work experience in consulting companies, market research institutes, or automotive
    aftersales industry at OEM and or 1AM (Independent Aftermarket}.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic research analysis and presenting to executive level management.
  • Thorough computer application knowledge including familiarity with database concepts and ad-hoc reporting tools.
  • Business experience required.
SKILLS
  • Proficient computer skills: e-mail, record keeping, routine database, word processing, spreadsheets
  • Bilingual in Korean is preferred but not required
Employment Type - Non-Exempt, Hourly Wage
Compensation - The expected hiring range for this position is $62,518.54 - 92,214.85, depending on experience and qualifications.
