Job Description
Were looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of non-technical hiring across WeBox. In this role, youll lead full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles in sales, operations, customer support, and other corporate teams. Youll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, help shape our employer brand, improve recruiting operations, and mentor junior recruiters as we scale.
Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for non-technical functionsincluding sourcing, screening, coordinating, and offer management.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, outreach, and more.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and quality-of-hire to identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive initiatives related to employer branding, DEI sourcing, and hiring process optimization.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the recruiting team and contribute to team growth and capability-building.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects WeBoxs values and culture.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume or fast-scaling environments.
  • Proven success recruiting for non-technical roles (sales, customer support, operations, marketing, etc.).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with hiring managers, HR, and leadership teams.
  • Hands-on sourcing ability using LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking, events, and other tools.
  • Proficiency in modern ATS tools (e.g. Breezy) and comfort reporting on hiring data.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with a high sense of ownership and confidentiality.
  • A collaborative spirit and genuine interest in mentoring others and improving team outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; recruiting certifications a plus
