Summary of Responsibilities
The Staffing Consultant exercises independent judgment to recruit, hire, and supervise Field Associates. They assess client needs and Field Associate skills to match clients with appropriate personnel. Additionally, they provide marketing support and client development to help achieve client business goals and ensure customer satisfaction. The main purpose of this role is to develop repeat and referral business by fulfilling client needs with suitable Field Associates, and to maintain a pool of qualified Field Associates through consistent recruiting. The consultant also develops business with current clients.
Essential Functions
Exercise independent judgment to recruit, hire, and supervise Field Associates.
Provide marketing support and client development to further clients' general business goals and satisfy customers.
Attend job fairs and networking functions to develop client relationships and screen, evaluate, and interview potential Field Associates.
Conduct new-hire orientations and supervise and direct new Field Associates.
Assist in the execution of unemployment reporting to reduce costs and ensure employee retention.
Investigate allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful terminations, and fraud.
Assess clients' needs, Field Associates' capabilities, and match clients with the right Field Associates.
Orient Field Associates with their specific assignments.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure client satisfaction and meet their business needs.
Develop business by networking and building relationships with companies that may require services.
Market Field Associates to clients and prospective clients.
Become an active member of the community.
Maintain communications with Sales Associates.
Maintain awareness of local, state, and federal laws pertaining to employment practice.
Manage and maintain Field Associates' and clients' files.

This is a desk job with no manual labor required but includes physical demands incidental to an office environment.
Ability to perform frequent/constant sedentary work for 4-10 hours.
Walking occasionally for 0-3 hours.
Standing occasionally for 0-3 hours.
Ability to operate a computer.
Ability to occasionally lift 0-15 pounds.
Ability to occasionally squat at the knees and bend at the waist for miscellaneous office tasks, such as filing.
Education Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is required.
A bachelor's degree is preferred but can be substituted for similar experience.
Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and email software is required.
Experience: 1-2 years recruiting experience working in a staffing agency preferred
Compensation: Base pay of $52,000 plus incentive
