Full Charge Bookkeeper

Full Charge Bookkeeper: Responsible for billing/accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and payroll processes.  Preparation of Monthly financial reports for submissions to the Board of Directors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Semi annual billing of assessments and Rental Amenity Program
  • Manage the processing of cash and credit card receipts, process ACH payments and collections of past due receivables.
  • Timely processing of vendor invoices, including company credit card statement reconciliation and prompt investigation of discrepancies. Process weekly check runs.
  • Bi-Weekly processing of payroll.
  • Prepare with annual audit preparations
  • Preparation of financial statement and other reports as required.
  • Complete month-end closing processes.
  • Answer owner and vendor inquires related to accounting.
  • Assist General Manager with budget development.
  • May include other duties, yet unknown.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of accounting and hands-on bookkeeping (General ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll Processing).

Knowledge/Experience using QuickBooks Desktop is required.

A Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel is necessary.

Education: 4-year degree preferred.
