Accounts Receivable Specialist
Robert Half Contract Finance & Accounting team is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist you will support this company to drive key revenue generating activities such as timely, accurate billing & invoicing and new process implementation. Responsibilities: Matching, batching, coding and entering invoices Entering, posting and reconciling batches Researching and resolving accounts receivable issues with customers or vendors Updating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger Collections Maintaining cash applications, account reconciliations and chargebacks Requirements: 2-4 years accounts receivable or general accounting experience Strong 10-key scores QuickBooks or any equivalent system experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented Ability to multi-task Open to change and willing to learn new skills Ability to follow up on pending issues Ability to meet deadlines Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
