With some supervision perform radiolabeling and in-vitro binding assays of radiolabeled compounds Work with radioactivity, radioactive and BSL2 samples Gamma counting Sample disposition Proper handling and disposal of associated materials Study Support & Execution Understand and execute on key study steps with minimal supervision Prioritize tasks according to study timelines Monitor external partner and sub-contractors for study execution Communicate with sponsors on an as-needed basis Scientific Communication & Process Improvement Present study data to internal teams and sponsors. Support regulatory and QA/QC inspections; ensure team readiness and documentation accuracy. Functional Competencies (Technical knowledge/Skills) Strong understanding of biology, pharmacology, or small animal imaging in the context of pharmaceutical research Proficient in standard in vivo techniques (IV dosing, surgical procedures, biological sampling). Hands-on experience in a preclinical imaging environment Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Comfort with various computer operating systems and programs Strong written and oral communication skills Occasional weekend and after-hours work as needed Experience, Education, and Certifications Bachelors degree in Biology, Animal Science, or related field with 6+ years of relevant drug discovery/ development experience OR advanced degree with 1-3 years of experience Background in radiopharmaceutical therapy will be considered a plus Demonstrated experience managing early stage oncology drug discovery projects/ programs. Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Availability to work occasional weekends as required. English: Fluent.
