Location: Springfield, TN (onsite) Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

As our next Process Technician, you'll be responsible for setting up, starting, shutting down, and troubleshooting plastic injection molding processes. Your expertise in injection molding operations and equipment will be key to ensuring optimal production quality and efficiency. Why You'll Love Working Here:

Set up and monitor mold operations to meet customer requirements

Safely change molds using overhead cranes

Perform job changeovers and prepare machines for new production runs

Ensure correct mold and material usage

Make hydraulic, water, and electrical connections

Start up machines and inspect parts for quality

Adjust processes to meet specifications

Record process settings and complete required documentation

Troubleshoot and maintain machine operations during shifts

Communicate with relevant departments for support

Manage raw and finished material movement

Follow safety rules and maintain 6S principles

Work overtime as needed to meet production goals What We're Looking For:

High school diploma required

Technical associate degree or equivalent preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in injection molding

Prior experience in plastics processing

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, twisting, etc.)

Visual acuity for defect detection and color variation

Safe operation of molding machines, robots, forklifts, and overhead cranes

Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills

Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and fluid power systems

Effective oral and written communication skills

Basic math and reading skills Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with process documentation and optimization

Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 6S principles
