Recruiter
This particular role will partner with hiring managers to recruit and select qualified Front Desk Specialists who provide administrative and patient support at our physician office locations. The Talent Acquisition Partner at Rochester Regional Health is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success for assigned clients under the direction of the Recruiting Manager. They will be responsible for the execution of the identified local recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. Hiring Practice Management: Identify staffing needs; fill staff level positions across the system; lead the creation of a recruiting and interview plan for each open position; develop a pool of qualified candidates and maintain all pertinent applicant data in the applicant tracking system External Marketing: Create and/or modify job descriptions; build/utilize social and professional networks to identify and source candidates; post openings in forms of advertisements and other appropriate channels; aid public relations in establishing a recognizable "employer of choice" reputation for the company, both internally and externally Research & Evaluation: Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation; research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting; research new ways of using online recruitment One year of relevant experience required. Experience with Workday ATS is preferred. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred. Strong client relations and candidate management. Previous experience with full life-cycle recruitment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Energetic, passionate individual with the ability to sell the organization. S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. For disease specific care programs, refer to the program specific requirements of the department for further specifications on experience and educational expectations, including continuing education requirements.
