Warehouse Coordinator
As a key member of our operations and logistics team, you will: Monitor inventory levels and manage the receipt, storage, and fulfillment of goods Oversee logistics operations including truck loading/unloading and delivery scheduling Prepare and process shipping and inventory documentation accurately Enhance product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that optimize production, distribution, and inventory management Develop and refine procedures to enhance inventory and distribution efficiency to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost. Serve as the primary contact for shipping operations and ensure backup coverage Identify and resolve warehouse bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency Promote collaboration across departments to support business goals Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including 6s practices Lead by example in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment Adapt to changing priorities to meet internal and external customer needs Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues logically and efficiently Perform other duties as assigned Support and uphold Fenner Precision Polymers' core values and behaviors We're seeking a proactive, safety-focused logistics professional who: Has a High School Degree or GED and 5 years of related experience managing inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills Communicates effectively and fosters teamwork across departments Embraces change and adapts quickly in a dynamic environment Is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence Understands or is eager to learn ISO, LEAN, and 6S principles Leads by example in promoting a culture of safety and accountability Is comfortable operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment Apply today and become part of a team that's manufacturing more than productswe're manufacturing a better future.
