Systems Administrator
JST is currently seeking a Systems Administrator (End User Support) to provide hands-on end user systems administration and advanced desktop support in a hybrid Microsoft environment. Responsibilities include ticket triage and resolution, Hybrid Azure AD user and device administration, Intune-based endpoint management, imaging and deployment, user account lifecycle support, asset management, and coordination on minor server-related issues. This is a full-time position located in Washington, DC (OSHRC National Office). JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Systems Administrator Responsibilities Customer Support and Ticket Management: Collect, track, and resolve trouble tickets; analyze root causes; escalate when needed; support users in person, remotely, and via phone or email. Hybrid Azure AD and Intune Administration: Support identity, security, and policy configurations; manage devices and apps with Intune MDM, including compliance, application deployment, and configuration profiles. Endpoint and Minor Server Support: Provide desktop infrastructure support and minor server-related assistance; troubleshoot Windows endpoints, user profiles, printers, and network access issues. Imaging and Deployment: Set up, configure, image, and deploy PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals; support data transfers, backups, recovery, and new device setup. Asset and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records; decommission and properly dispose or repurpose obsolete assets per policy. User Account Management: Create, modify, and manage accounts across on-prem AD and Azure AD; handle access control, permissions, profile configurations, and password resets in line with security protocols. Documentation and Reporting: Keep procedures and configurations current; provide periodic status updates as coordinated with the COR. Systems Administrator Qualifications Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of enterprise IT support with emphasis on Microsoft ecosystems, including Hybrid Azure AD, Intune MDM, Windows endpoint administration, and user/account lifecycle support. Demonstrated proficiency in ticket management, troubleshooting, imaging and deployment, and asset management in a small federal agency context. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft MD-102 Endpoint Administrator and/or AZ-104 Azure Administrator. CompTIA A+ or Network+. ITIL v4 Foundation.
